North Shore Music Theatre, a 1,500 seat theatre-in-the-round located north of Boston, MA. Each year, NSMT produces 5 musicals and an annual production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL over a May-December season as well as concerts, educations classes, and family programming.

Job Description:
The Facilities Supervisor works days, nights and weekends based on our show and event schedule. Hours are subject to change. Must be flexible with hours. As the Supervisor, you oversee the patron parking as well as the parking attendants.
The Facilities Supervisor oversees the property and maintenance before and during shows. Responsible for cleanliness of theatre, property, and minor maintenance throughout the performance. When the theatre is not in show mode, the Facilities Supervisor then would join the regular facilities team and help maintain the demands of the property. Position will be further discussed upon interview.

- Assist Patrons in Paid And Free Parking Lots with Directional parking
- Limited Custodial clean up inside theatre and on grounds
- Assist with private event set up and break down when needed

Primary responsibility is maintaining and cleaning the Company House and Cars, including laundry and making of beds during changeover weeks. Other routine tasks include frequent train station and airport trips, assisting with accident reports, transporting employees to medical appointments or the hospital, arranging ticket requests with the box office, and copying/assembling of show binders. Candidate should be willing to assume other responsibilities if called upon to do so.
Candidate must be a hard-working team player with a strong work ethic. Sense of humor is necessary. Should be prepared to work daytime hours during rehearsal weeks and nights and weekends during show weeks. Please see our website for shows and dates – nsmt.org
This job requires excellent people and organizational skills. A knowledge of theatre and basic AEA rules a plus. Excellent computer skills and a flexible schedule are very helpful.
