If you are considering bringing a child to the theater, feel free to contact the Box Office with any question regarding the content of the show. Although opinions on appropriate viewing may differ, we will do our best to answer your questions regarding language, violence, and adult situations.
Children under 4 are not allowed at any of the main stage subscription musicals, including A Christmas Carol. They are allowed at our one-hour-long Children's Theatre productions, however, children age 2 and above must have a ticket and sit in a seat.
ALL PATRONS
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
Please note that not all programming is appropriate for all ages (see specific show information).

LATE SEATING
Latecomer seating is not guaranteed.
Patrons who arrive late will be unable to sit in their assigned seats for the first act of the show.
Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby for an appropriate and safe moment to be seated in alternative seats (based upon availability). Patrons may take their assigned seats at intermission (if applicable).

ELECTRONIC DEVICES
As a courtesy to our actors and other audience members, please turn off your watch alarms, cellular phones and pagers (or set them to a silent mode) before entering the theatre. Please do not text during the performance.
Cameras, camera phones and video/audio recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in the theatre.
For legal and safety reasons, there are NO PHOTOS OF ANY KIND AT ANY TIME inside the theatre auditorium. This includes pre-show,during the performance, at intermission, and after the show.
Any photos or recordings will be confiscated by the House Manager and destroyed.
FOOD AND DRINK
The concessions sold at NSMT are allowed inside the theatre.
Outside food and drink are not allowed anywhere on the property. This includes in the parking lots, courtyard, and theatre.
Tailgating is not allowed in our parking lots.
Please help keep our theatre clean.
We reserve the right to withhold or revoke this privilege on ashow-by-show basis.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Box Office at no charge.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Please contact the Box Office for wheelchair-accessible seats. There are wheelchair-accessible restrooms located in the lobby near the Box Office. There are free handicap parking spaces located in the side VIP lot to the left of the canopied handicap ramp entrance at Door 9. There are also paid handicap parking is in the parking lot in front of the Box Office.
Wheelchairs used for transport only (when patron is sitting in a regular seat, not in one in the wheelchair seating areas in Sections A or B) and walkers are not allowed in the theater during performances. Patron companions or NSMT Ushers will place walkers and wheelchairs immediately outside the door closest to the patrons seat. NSMT is not responsible for lost, or, stolen items.
