Owner and Producer Bill Hanney along with the cast of Evita are excited to support the fundraising efforts of R.Evolucion Latina with a one night only Latin Dance and Social event. 100% of the proceeds will go to disaster relief for Puerto Rico and Mexico as well as R.Evolución Latina's free arts programs.

- THE CAUSE: HURRICANE AND EARTHQUAKE RELIEF
- Right now, we are focusing on raising funds while giving space to the government entities to clean areas and open the roads for organizations like ours to come in and bring help.
- Through our mission we will help families and local community groups connected to R.Evolución Latina. Over the past 10 years we have developed relationships with leaders in the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. Leaders that are businessmen, artists, RL students, and producers, they are RL ground ambassadors who are helping us locate the needs of the people.
- As an art organization, we can’t forget that we have the best “tool” to help rebuild the lives of these communities, ART. We need to lift people’s spirit and hearts. We will partner with local artists and organizations to empower families to find the strength to rise up, and for some, to start over.
- How will your contribution be used?
- You have our commitment that we will always bring basic household items to support everyday survival such as water, food, clothes, blankets, batteries, female hygiene needs, etc.
- We are also dedicated to helping:
- Schools - (doors, chairs, windows, supplies)
- Performing Arts Organizations, Cultural/Community Centers that are involved in dance, theatre and music.
- Musical Instruments
- Repair windows, roofs, floors, walls
- 100% of the money raised will be used to communities in need.
- Funds will go directly to Broadway Cares and will be released as requested.
- RL has a history of helping other countries in need. In 2010 we supported the efforts of building a school in the impoverished city of Anantapur, India. Since 2011 we have helped support the efforts of providing housing to communities in Peru affected by flooding and earthquakes.
- Our directors Gabriela García and Luis Salgado have been in contact with cities like Oaxaca, Mexico City and surrounding areas.
- Broadway Cares is interested in helping our efforts by supporting the Hispanic Federation which is currently in contact with established organizations in Puerto Rico.
